Opening Saved Mail Message

Hi Guys;

I am saving a .msg to a specific folder.

But I keep getting the below error message.

The properties → security all have Full Control. so not sure what it is - Also tried another user somewhere else with access, they are getting the same thing.

Hi
Try to save as .eml file instead of .msg file
So that it would be easy to retrieve it back
To open that mail we can just pass the filepath of that eml file as input to Filename property of START PROCESS ACTIVITY

Hey man - I would need the mail saved as a .msg so it can be opened by others in Outlook though?

Even .eml does that
Were we facing any issue in saving that
.msg file might sometimes corrupt that’s why buddy
