but it says I can’t access the folder
How are you trying to access? And what error do you get?
Kindly provide the folder path like below
“Inbox/Respond bot/Completed Respond bot cases”

For which specific folder do you get the error message?
(Look at Locals panel).
Verify that there are no spaces in the end (within Outlook).
Perhaps you have more than one account in your Outlook Profile?
If that is the case, then you would need to fill out the Account property for the Get Outlook Desktop Mail Messages activity.
