Outlook 'Get Mail' Activity does not get full email information

When I use the ‘Get Mail’ Activity, my bot will get the email, but the email will not have any data in the email body.
It occurs after I reply to the email once. Then outlook will not display the email body. If I close outlook and open it again, then the email body is there again.

I cannot tell if this is an Outlook bug or a UiPath bug.

Any info on debugging this would be incredible as I am approaching my deadline for implementation.

Can you confirm your mails package version,studio and outlook versions

Did you happen to try and change the mails package version from manage packages and check if the issue is resolved

Try to use second most recent Mail Activity Package

If issue persists, Please share workflow screenshot to see how your logic is flowing.

Hi,

I tried updating the package to the latest version and it still persists.
Using Outlook ‘Version 2401 Build 16.0.17231.20236’
Using Mail package ‘1.22.1’
Using Studio ‘2022.10.7’
