Outlook and excel problems

We often have issues with excel and outlook being unstable when running robot processes.
Outlook signs out by it self from time to time, and the excel errors are multiple and varied.

Office/windows errors are something we have trouble dealing with, do you have any tips for how to might work around it?
Or are there anyone else who have experienced problems with excel or outlook that are not necessarily caused by the robot?
