Orchestrator windows authentication question

Hi all,

I have a question about Orchestrator windows authentification.
As I read below post, I understand it is experimental function and only default tenant is allowed to sign on. However, how do I specify which tenant is the default? I checked web.config file however I couldn’t find it…

Orchestrator Windows authentication issue

Hi, I have just installed Orchestrator on a server in my domain and created two new tennants. I have connected it to my domain and imported a couple of users. I have enabled windows-authentication per this documentation: Configuring the Active Directory integration. But when i try to log in i get a “User does not exist” even when i clearly have imported them. I will appreciate all the help i could get. -F

Hi,

When you install Orchestrator it will automatically create a tenant named Default.

Do you mean we cannot use windows authentication in my tenant?

Based on my understanding, windows authentication only works with the default tennant. This of the 2017-version of UiPath. I haven’t tried this in the 2018-version.

I currently using 2018 version but I couldn’t find any configuration so I feel that has not yet supported.
