After upgrade to 20.10 LTS from 20.4, Orchestrator started showing error:
“A fatal error occurred while creating an SSL client credential. The internal error state is 10013.”

Have you tried out this?
Finally, I could find the solution for this… This was due to IIS Configuration where we need to change identity change in Web Server.
