Instead of upgrading in the existing 2020 orchestrator machine, if we install 2023 version in a new server what will the challenges

there is no challenge. same as you install v2020.

but if you install v2023 and connect to UiPath DB v2020. you will have a few errors. so, I suggest you upgrade if you want to connect with the existing DB.
