Orchestrator signing certificate

Hello,
I am in the middle of Orchestrator installation, but I cannot move forward without a signing certificate. This is a practice run, so, used a self-signed SSL certificate, but I do not know what a signing certificate is and where to get it.
I there a way to generate a self-signing certificate?
This is Identity server config step and I also have a question about Identity server below.
Is Identity server created by the installer or I have to set it up and how?
