Orchestrator-Robot Connection Issue

Hi Everyone,

I am facing orchestrator-robot connection issue on may machine.

I have UiPath 2019.11.0 version while connecting robots in orchestrator i am getting below errors,
when i entered Orchestrator URL: https://cloud.uipath.com getting below,

“Invalid machine key”

When i entered Orchestrator URL: UiPath getting below,

“Empty orchestrator api versions!”

Could someone please let me know your views?
