Orchestrator Queue 'Abandoned' to 'New'

I have a queue in which we have abandoned items. Is there any way to automatically set these items back to the ‘New’ status or to have a bot pull them down and reupload them? If so, will this cause duplicates?

Just don’t want to have to continually pull the queue down manually and reupload.

We can’t change status of Abandoned Queue items back to New state.
