Orchestrator permission issue


I have provided robot access to my account with addition Orchestrator admin access. Still the user is not able to access the Orchestrator on cloud.UiPath as well as not able to publish from studio due to permission issue.
Any help is appreciated. Please see the attached image.

Try clearing the browser cache and re login to orchestrator. For unable to publish from Studio, check the license assigned to the user. It should be Automation Developer - Named User.

Clearing Browser cache didn’t help.
I am using community edition of the Studio.
I see the user account doesn’t have Automation Developer - Named User role . At the account creation time I did see one licence for named user but I see nothing now. Any other way to assign role to publish packages.
I am still learning through the academy.UiPath
