Orchestrator Mobile App Connection

I have been unable to connect to Orchestrator for a while now when using the app on my iOS phone. I get 2 errors:
Error: There were no objects in this response (OK)
&
Error: User has not accepted the invitation yet. (#219)

All was working perfectly then, boom, either of these errors came up.

Any help/advice would be amazing.
