Orchestrator Log Problem

Hi,

Unattended robots are working and logging to database but we can’t see these logs on the orchestrator. Orchestrator and Robot Servers connected there is no problem. Processes are working according to trigger or manuel run. Can you help?

Logs are not visible in Orchestrator but they are in the database

Try deleting logs data folder

  • Stop the UiPath Robot service
  • Delete folder named execution_log_data in path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\UiPath\Logs\
  • Start the UiPath Robot service
