Orchestrator is not working in any browsers

Scenario: Orchestrator is not working

Steps to reproduce:

Current Behavior: Login page is not getting loaded

Expected Behavior: Login page should get loaded

Studio/Robot/Orchestrator Version: v2018.2

Last stable behavior:
Last stable version:
OS Version: Windows 7
Others if Relevant: (workflow, logs, .net version, service pack, etc): Please find the below Orchestrator URL & Error Screenshot

Please use this URL https://demo.uipath.com
This will use same details to login.

(new version of the orchestrator)

Actually the issue on the old link is being looked into by the team.
We have this one available and shared on the community itself.

Once it back up or there is any communication will let you know :slight_smile:

Just to clarify, platform.uipath.com and demo.uipath.com both direct you to the same instance of the Orchestrator. It is currently being investigated why the platform link causes issues for some users.

To help us debug the issue, please provide us with some information:

  • list of extensions/plugins for any affected browser
  • browser console error
