We are using host licensing in our orchestrator containing 9 unattended robots and 2 studio pro licenses but they have different expiration date. 2 of the unattended licenses is expired last October 12. So we avail 2 unattended licenses again and added 2 studio license but the unattended has different license key than the one got expired. My question is, how can i add the new 2 unattended licenses and 2 studio licenses in our host license? Do i just need to click the update button under host level and online?
You can only have a single license associated to the host or to an individual tenant.
If you would like it combined I would suggest reaching out to your customer service Rep / support team to combine your claims to a single key. If they are close enough in dates, they may just allow the sooner expiration to match the later one. If there is a significant difference in expiration they may need to prorate one of them.
Hi our single key will expire on September 2022 and the new ones will expire on October 2022. I’m a little bit confused. SO if we request to add the new ones on our existing single key Does it mean the new ones expiration date will be the same on the expiration date of our single key?
I would assume so, whether or not there is an addition charge or refund for the difference of shortening or extending the expiry to match I couldn’t say with any certainty.
Best way to find out is to ask your sales contact.
Okay. Thank you so much!
