ntlm authentication orchestrator needs a first authentication sig in by browser?

SO i have .net C# app and i want to acess orchestrator with api i use ntlm for authentication. On the first time that a user is using the app i need to login first on a browser if i do that the api works if i dont do that the api doest work because cant autenticate the user. its possible the problem its because de SSL certificate of orchestrator?
