Opening tech support ticket - license code

Using Enterprise Cloud Orchestrator. Having some difficulty getting our robots configured and connected. On page to open support ticket. Requires ‘License Code’ for you to submit. What and where is the ‘License Code’ in question? I cannot find it anywhere in Orchestrator.
