in reporting an issue thru tech support what code is the license code field referring to?

Frmo support screen:

*License code

License Code should not contain space
Format 16 digits : xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-6789 Or 18 digits : 323756756323756323

You can see those licenses in a PDF file, you can use those
