Open FTP Session error

Good day,

I am trying to connect to a remote SFTP site using FTP Activities.
Error received is: “Open FTP session: Timed out trying to read data from the socket stream!”

This connection has been successful using WinSCP and Core FTP LE

The is an SFTP session. error received when checking the SecureFTP box is “an existing connect was forcibly closed by the remote host”

Please help me to connect to the SFTP host.

Hi there,
This question has been a problem here. The official package of FTP isn’t working. You have to get the version from the Go! store. It looks the same, but isn’t.
please check this link where i explained it. Give it a try to see if it fixes your problem.

The Go! package looks the same but isn’t The official package is version: 1.0.6479.13206 The Go! package is version: 1.0.7053.27728 and has releasedate: 2019/04/24 So make sure you have the correct one installed.
