Open Browser failing after executing a data base connection Error: Retrieving the COM class factory for Component with CLSID

Hi, this issue happens after I’ve created and executed activities data base related, the open browser activity throws the following error: Retrieving the COM class factory for Component with CLSID {EA5E2583-48BE-9EDV-47B2235AC10} fauled due to the following error:8007007f The specified procedure could not be found.(Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007f). Does anyone knows why this happens how to avoid it?
