Open application vs Start Process (with arguments)

Dear,
I’m a newbie with UIPath and I’m trying to open an application with its arguments.
The first try is using Open application activity with an argument but the way app opened is without that argument.
Then I have used Start process activity with same config (please take a look on attached images), it runs normally.
Could you please explain me how to make Open application acitivity working properly?

This is an example to open notepad with a specific file name as argument!
