I was using this Open application in my project it was working to g fine for me for last 3 years but when I updated UiPath.activities then its giving an error

I’m trying to use the ‘Open Browser’ activity in order to open the IE and perform some simple actions inside. But the problem is that even if I have no any actions inside, just ‘Open Browser’ with the specified URL, it throws an exception: ‘Open browser : Value does not fall within the expected range’.
How do I solve it?

I am having some issues with a process I have build UiPath and run through the Orcherstrator. Basically, I had a process that had a very low error rate (Application Error) but last Monday the process started throwing the same exception, “Value does not fall within the expected range”. I could normally use this information to debug the process and solve the issue but in this case it threw the error on an “Element Exists” activity, which returns a boolean value.
