Meanwhile signing out from production machine- one drive is also signing out, because of this file kept inside the one drive its not syncing
If those files are required for bot or the output generated from bot, I would suggest to use Office365 activity to Read/write files directly from OneDrive/SharePoint.
The behavior you are explaining would require so much efforts to handle.
