On Element Appear - Login: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: s

I’m doing an exercise about synchronization.
I’m using Uipath Studio. I have to program an automation that introduces the username and password on the web ACME System 1 - Log In

Althoug my automation gives the following error, I’m following Uipath tutorial step by step:

Source: On Element Appear - Login (On Element Appear - Login)
Message: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: s
Exception Type: System.ArgumentNullException

How can I solve it? Thank you.

Hi @Carmen_Tur ,

If you are using invoke work flow activity could you please make sure the arguments which you are providing should correct and having the proper type in or Out or in/out based on your requirement.

Please refer the below link it will help you to trouble shoot the issue.

I’ve found the solution.
When creating the credentials (Control Panel>User Accounts>Credential Manager>Windows Credential) I had created the credentials in ‘Windows credential’ instead of ‘Generic credentials’.

I’ve removed the credentials from ‘Windows credential’ and added them again in ‘Generic credentials’ and everything works correctly.

Thanks to the community! I hope this helps someone!
