Hello,
Please help me figuring out a way to solve the following issue: I try to use the UiPath Document OCR engine to process some .pdf documents but whenever I start my bot it fails, giving me this error: Error performing OCR: {“info”: “Prediction Failed”, “reason”: “{"message": "Failed to consume license"}”} UiPathOCRErrorInvalidResponse — image and logs attached.
I am trying to figure out the reason behing this error but I failed to get any answers so far.
- the API key is good. I also generated new keys and I still get this error.
- none of my .pdfs have more than 2 pages per document
- none of my .pdfs are bigger than 2MBs
- I am the only one using my community edition API key
