Not able to install UiPath community version on windows 10 and 7

I installed UiPath studio on my desktop successfully, but failed to install on my laptop with same OS, showing error and force to install Dotnet version 4.8.1, but after installation of dotnet 4.8 , still not able to install UiPath. Showing same error as previous.

Can you check in your installed applications if there’s for sure installed correct version?
Can you show this error?
Please also provide information about your system where problem occurred and be sure that you have downloaded the latest Studio package from platform.uipath.com
