Not able to add Group in Taxonomy manager

Hello,
I am using UiPath Studio 2023.12.0. I have added Document Understanding related packages in the project.
UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.ML.Activites: v1.24.0
UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activites: v6.14.1

I am able to open Taxonomy manager but not able to add Group, Category etc. Text box is displaying but not able add text and save it.
I have installed .Net 5.0 desktop runtime components and also .Net 6.0 desktop run time components already but no luck.

Can you please help? Thanks in advance

Try Reinstalling Packages: Open Manage Packages in UiPath Studio, uninstall the Document Understanding packages (UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.ML.Activities and UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities ), and then reinstall them. This can sometimes resolve issues related to corrupted installations.

or Try Reinstall UiPath Studio

I have uninstalled/installed package and also reinstalled the UiPath studio. But same problem.

  5. Check Logs: Review the logs in UiPath Studio for any error messages or exceptions that might provide insights into what’s causing the issue.
