How to get notifications/ email alerts generated for AD users ?

This is a known bug according to which, Auto-provisioned users do not inherit alert subscription settings from the parent group, nor any alerts are received by default.


Workaround: In order to have access to alerts, it is required to explicitly grant the corresponding permissions to the user at folder level.

  • Add the user explicitly at folder level with required access.
