New transaction

Hello, please your help. My process gets stuck in new transaction, I don’t understand why.

no marca error, solo se queda en un ciclo.

I guess you don’t have anything in process that’s why it may be looping at this point !

Are you using queues and if yes, it has transactions as well ?
