Need to be able to hover on and ctrl click on a item

I have a screen that I have to be able to hover on an item and them hold the ctrl key down and click, this will cause another button to pop up that I have been able to automate it. Any suggestions. Attached is the screen that I am trying.

In the click activity
You have to select this option

Hover option can be enabled while you are selecting your target (on the popup or F6). Also you can pass special keys while clicking using “key modifiers” in the properties of click activity.
