Need help to fix Error on Microsoft - Notepad application

Hi Friends,
Currently am learning UI automation topic and practicing on it. Whenever I try to open a Notepad and work on it with the classic activities and modern activities Use application/Open application as mentioned in the academy video. It throws me an error as attached. Kindly help me asap.

Is the notepad application opened during run time?

It is may be the selector issue.
Try to use *.txt* in the selector title.

Yes its not working either its opened or closed. I checked both ways. Thanks
