You Can use Modern activities like below -
- Use App Browser - To launch the application
- Click or Mouse click - To click the button or any elements.
- Type into or send hot key - For keyboard or setting values to any fields
- Read Range - Used to read excel files
- For each row in excel or for eahh row in datatable - To loop through excel rows

You Can have a look at RPA Developer Foundation course on UiPath Academy portal to learn and implement
There is a jobs board if you want to hire someone to build the automation for you.
Otherwise the forum is more for helping you to learn yourself. There are various courses in the UiPath academy to get started.
Please note, its often missed by users that the Community Licence in its terms and conditions prohibits using its for commercial work, which entering data into billing software qualifies for.
You must buy a licence to do this work and cannot use the free one. The cheapest plan that could work for you is the basic plan at I think $25 per month.
I would suggest do a basic training and start building it
