MS Office 365 + Integration Service (Use OneDrive & SharePoint) - Unattended: Connection failed

Hi together,

we would like to use the Use OneDrive & SharePoint activities. But in the case of unattended usage, we get the error that the connection failed. Do you have any ideas?

Properties:

  • Use connections
  1. Attended it works.
  • Integration Service: Connection set. E-Mail: A@test.de → connection in cloud is available
  • Activity Use OneDrive & SharePoint. E-Mail: A@test.de
  • Sharepoint folder shared with editing rights.
  1. Unattended it does not work
  • Integration Service: Connection set. E-Mail: B@test.de (-> different user) → connection in cloud is available
  • Sharepoint folder shared with editing rights.

Hey @PeCour

What’s the error you are getting in Un-Attended mode please ?

Thanks

Hi @Nithinkrishna,

thanks for your help. The error is: Get File/Folder: Code: generalException Message: An error occurred sending the request.

The account on the unattended user can’t connect to Azure.

Hey @PeCour

What type of Authentication you are using here please ?

Thanks

Hi @Nithinkrishna,

we use the connections. We want to use the UiPath Integration Service.
In MS Azure we set all the rights, hence it works from Studio.

Thanks!

Hi,

I can confirm this is not working for me as well. Exact same scenario.
In the orchestrator, we see the following when setting up the process.

I’d assume this has to become a set connection for it to work but I see no way of setting this value…

The integration service mark does not work for unattended processes (as far as I know).
Log in to the account. If your unattended bot has its own account then you can use that one.
With that, it is working unattended.
