When adding OneDrive & Sharepoint connection from the Integration Service connections page, the listed error may be thrown even after they have granted admin consent on a tenant wide basis in Azure. These steps are to help correct their configuration.

Resolution:
  1. Use a user account instead of a service account in Azure. If this is not feasible, have them ensure that the service account has A1 else E1 licensing at the minimum. Refer to Service Families and Plans.

If this does not address the issue, move on to step 2.

  1. Re-create the Azure App registration with the Global Admin per the following:

  1. Perform the New App Registration
  2. Have the global admin add the OneDrive integration from UiPath by referring to documentation Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app
  3. Have them accept permissions on behalf of the organization
  4. Go to the app registration and remove any extra permissions and leave only the permissions specified in the documentation Microsoft One Drive Authentication - Scopes.
