Moving Emails to a Folder

I need to be able to move emails to an outlook folder but the account to be used is from a shared mailbox.

Is there an additional setting I need to do or another activity I need to use?

have you tried to use Rule in the Outlook. you can move it with filtering by subject or From?

I used this way for saving the man power.

Had you tried with Move outlook mail message activity?

Just read the emails, filter necessary emails, and then loop through the emails, pass the currentEmail to the activity and provide the path

This is the only setting that is needed…As its shared use that account

Is the shared mail box linked in the outlook?

I was able to make it work. Seems there was an issue with the variable passing.

I used the Move Outlook Mail Message for this with parameter/variable passing between workflows.
