Most Templates not available on Tenant

Our Orchestrator has multiple tenants. Development and UAT are two of them. When I log in to Studio under the UAT tenant, I see all of the available Templates that are from Internal Labs and UiPath, among others. But when I am logged in the Development tenant, only the default templates available with Studio at installation are available to use. All others are not visible regardless of what filters I select.

What setting in the tenants on Orchestrator do I need to change to be able to see all the available templates?

Hi Chris,

The templates are stored in the tenant libraries, you can go to the UAT tenant to download the templates you need and upload them in the development tenant to make them visible from Studio.

Is this for Marketplace templates? We have no problem seeing templates we created. I am refering to templates designed by UiPath and Internal Labs.

Let’s see if we can figure out where those templates are stored.

Maybe the people that are in the other tenants don’t have access to the feeds which appear to be online.

  • All - All locations.
  • Built-in - Templates that come installed with Studio.
  • Official - Templates from the official UiPath feed.
  • Orchestrator - Organization-wide templates feed, available when connected to Orchestrator.
  • Local - The local user feed, by default: C:\Users\User\Documents\UiPath\.templates. The location can be defined by selecting Settings > Locations in Studio Backstage view.
  • Marketplace - Templates published to the UiPath Marketplace.
