Missing rows when data scraping

I am using “extract structured data” activity and my MaxnumberofResult is 10,000. Sometimes it doesn’t read the entire table and I can’t find the reason why.

For example initial run; it shows there are 81 rows and it can’t find the data that I am looking for. When I run it second time it shows there are 8500 rows and finds the data that I am looking for. Any idea what can be the reason?
