Missing file or user in final certification practical exam

Hi,

I took my first attempt of my rpa developer certification (practical assessment ) on 09/12/2019.

After evaluation I got my results as Failed saying Missing file or user.

Now , I took my second attempt on 14/12/2019- after evaluation I got the same result “File Missing or user”

Literally, Its so disappointing. I uploaded all the files as per the instructions.

I got the exact output as expected also.

I have raised the ticket, Please find the below ticket number

Subject # Missing file or user

Have you deleted Test_Framework folder from project folder ?

Just check it once and let me know.

No, I have not deleted Test_Framework folder from project folder.

The one you uploaded zip file has all project related files right like config file and output reports ?

yes It contains all files related projects.
