Ensures global Intelligent automation platform(UiPath) & strategic technology roadmap
Makes Recommendations for technologies & suppliers to be implemented in the Automation stack and supports decision making
Contribute to target operating model by defining principles and tools
Support head of Digital Transformation Solutions with strategical view and ensure that platform is reflecting long time business requirements and strategy
Provide Automation expertise & enablement
Provides consulting for analyzing automation potentials and feasibility
Supports stakeholders, business analysts and automation SPOCs during use case identification, assessments and prioritization
Supports lead architect with platform management and PoCs
Conducts Automation trainings in alignment with lead architect
Responsible for global Automation delivery standards
Defines target operating model processes & standards and provides training & guidance on these
Decides on best automation solution/architecture for use cases (for escalations)
In critical or difficult cases the Solution Architect reviews SDDs & TDDs, support business analysts during creation of documentation and provides quality review of documentation
Responsible for communication to different countries around automation enablement, pipeline build and change management.
Responsible for the management of large programs
Ensure that the program is in line with governance & standards
Monitors risks and ensures timely escalations
Manages program budgets and works with Automation Team Lead for resource planning
Qualifications
Highly experienced in Automation solution design, applying and combining several automation tools, platforms and solutions (UiPath experience would be preferred)
Experience as a technical and solution architect will be an added advantage
Deep understanding for long term stability and effectiveness of UiPath solutions
Deep understanding in enablement, Hyper automation lifecycle and Automation methodologies
Business strategy understanding is mandatory for this role
Extensive analytical and logical skills
Program Management experience (PMP or PgMP certification would be great)
Extensive experience in stakeholder management
Broad experience using and scaling several automation solutions and automation platforms
Deep understanding of Automation technologies, Automation toolsets and data analytics – UiPath is a plus
Extensive experience of the GBS IT organization & system landscape
