Method for Checking Machines Status

Hello All,
I want to check the connection status of my machines through some form of automation like a UiPath process, Orchestrator API calls or a ping on CMD. My question regards a cloud environment therefore SQL queries are not an option as far as I know. I would prefer Orchestrator API calls but I went through the documentation and utilized some of the functions previously but I can not find a way for this. I tried Jobs function but it doesnt give the Heartbeat or status (In use, available,Unresponsive…). I tried Sessions function but it returns nothing (null).
In my prior experience we experimented with HTTP calls to Blue Prism listeners on the machines. If there are other methods like this I am open to suggestions

Hello Ashok Karale,Thank you so much for super quick and satisfying answer! This looks like exactly what I need however my user rights are not sufficient to call this endpoint I will dig deeper into this.
I realize I should have made a better search in forum.
