Mapping UiPath workflow

Our RPA project is facing a go-live stage where we are about to deliver the automated processes (UiPath files).

In order to explain and guarantee the perfect perception of the workflow from our client, is there a UiPath tool where all the activities can be mapped and explained in a clear manner?

Or some how do you have any type of template example to document the processes? what could be a best practice in order to transfer know-how?
