Mail count shows 0 even thogh mails are present in the folder

Hi ,
I’m using get IMAP mail activity to read mails from outlook365 but when i’m trying to get the count of mail from particular folder it says mail count is 0 even though if mails are there.

Hi @Shree_Vybhavi ,

Maybe you could use Exchange activity better! Its simply to use it, I’ve developed few processes using it. I never did anything with IMAP, sorry.

we don’t have exchange server.
