Machine Learning extractor - Runtime Error

Hello,

In order to process an invoice with an active document understadanding process, I’ve encountered an unexpected error, as each invoice previously processed was successfully entered into the system after extracting the important data from it.

The only difference with this invoice is that it has 3 pages (the ones before were max 2 pages length) and the error is the following:

To fix this issue,

  1. you can try decreasing the size of the input file,
    (or)
    2.Reducing the amount of data included in the request payload.

Without any changes of the actual invoice, there’s no other solution?
