Looking for a DevRel contact — Section 4.e interoperability process

Hi,

Working on a hobby project – a Developer Application (in the sense of the UiPath Developer Agreement) intended to interoperate with UiPath Studio locally on the same machine.

The Community Licence Agreement (Section 4.e) sets out an interoperability process that involves written notice to UiPath. I would like to connect with someone in Developer Relations who can point me to the right internal contact or documentation to navigate this properly.

The project is non-commercial and is intended exclusively for use alongside UiPath Studio Community licence installations. I have no intention to operate it against Enterprise installations.

If anyone has a DevRel contact or knows the right channel for this kind of request, I would appreciate a pointer.

Thanks,
Christian

Hi Christian, great that you’re going through the proper channels for this!

A few pointers that might help:

-UiPath Forum DevRel contact — your best first stop is reaching out directly via the UiPath Developer Relations page or posting in the #developers channel if you’re in the UiPath Community Slack/Discord.
-Official contact form — for licensing/legal questions like this, UiPath recommends using their [contact page] and specifying “Developer Agreement / Community License” in the subject — it tends to route to the right team faster than a general inquiry.
-Forum tag— tagging @loginerror or @andrzej.kniola (active UiPath staff on the community forum) in your post sometimes gets you a quick internal redirect.
*-GitHub— if your project involves any open-source components, opening a discussion on the relevant UiPath GitHub repo can also surface the right contacts.

Given your project is non-commercial and Community-only, the written notice requirement is likely straightforward — you probably just need the right email address to send it to, which DevRel should be able to provide quickly.

Good luck with the project!

Thank YOU!

Will look into this next weekend – great for the quick response.
