Logs not Showing on Orchestrator

Hey UI Path Friends, i am having issues seeing logs on Orchestrator for last two weeks. Already have gone through previous discussions topis but unable to resolve issue in hand. So below are the steps have already taken…

1 - Stopping Ui Path Services and restarting it again
2 - Logging into machine where BOT was installed and updated Log level from Error to Information.
3 - Unable to find C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\UiPath\Logs\execution_log_data
4 - Not able to find Web.config for Ui Path on BOT machine either.

Could you please assist how can i sort out issue in hand?

Having similar issue for few days now. In my case this problem is limited to launches on one specific machine (the rest work fine).

Still looking for a solution. Will share when found :wink:

i tried changing setting in UiPath log file from Error to Information and now i can see details under logs but that shows you end to end process and show error as well…

Turns out that issue was trivial.
As seen from Assistant connection was based on user signed in. We had to Sign Out and reconnect to Orchestrator “the Unnatended Robot way” and logs are available again.
