Logs not appear in orchestrator log page

I have issue that my logs not appear in logs view in orchestrator i use (community edition)
i don’t know why this happen?

Have you enabled the logs in the Robot Settings.

i don’t change any thing in the setting it was working successfully yesterday

Can you try disconnecting the robot from orchestrator and try again.

there are two types of logs available in uipath

  1. Robot logs
  2. Orchestrator Logs

to enable robots log go to your robot setting

to enable Orchestrator Logs , go to manage access and select the robot and enable logs

Is your Orchestrator an on premise Orchestrator or cloud based?
