Orchesrtor Logs Not visible

In one of our UAT server we are not able to see Logs in the orchestrator,

Logs are visible in the UiPath\logs folder, but not in orchestrator, need assistance.

Can you verify that the Robot’s logging level is set to at least Information or Trace in Orchestrator? In the robot settings page in Orchestrator, ensure that the ‘Logging Level’ field is set appropriately.

The Issue was with the piled up logs,

There were around 2gb of logs that was piled up due to which we were not able to see the logs in the server, we contacted UiPath Support team and they fixed the issue.
