Locate a Keyword in a PDF and highlight it

In my process, I need to search for Key Words within a PDF and highlight them on the PDF. Is anyone able to offer any help please. Thanks

Is There Any Particular Text or Field you are Expecting to HighLight?

Hi - I need to look for a key word for example ‘Resource’, permanently highlight on the PDF and then email the pdf with the keyword highlighted. Thanks
