Linking DEV assets to PROD folder

I have two folders “DEV” and “PROD”

I have created Assets in DEV and assigned to “Value per user”.

I am trying to link the same Asset from DEV to PROD, but Assets are not showing up in PROD folder.

I am missing anything here?

You can link the Assets in same tenent like a
Folders in the DEV tenent.

You cannot like DEV tenent assets to PROD tenent. You will have create those assets for PROD.

Are both the folders under same tenant?

If yes then we can else we cannot across the tenants

I tried the right steps, I can’t share the screenshots due to security reasons. But I tried the right stapes, The problem is that the DEV folder Assets are not showing up in PROD. It does show the assets from my personal development workspace, which tells me that it has a problem only with DEV assets

If you have Robot specific assets then those could not be shared or linked to other folder

One reason is both folders might not have same level of users and machine mappings

Ahh, I see it then. I have done “value per account”. Thank you soo much for clarifying that.
