Licensing doubt

Hi All,
I was not sure which category should I place it in, so putting it up in Feedback and Docs.

In the new Unified pricing model, the standard tier platform (or the Enterprise) has any user or robot license included or not?
I went through the latest slides and just wanted to make sure I understand it correctly. I attended the session by Feiran Hao as well.

Hello,

The Platform SKU’s contain access to various features in the cloud, such as the Orchestrator, Insights, Test Manager, etc etc, with the higher tier containing more features.

They do not contain any robot or user licences, nor consumables, which must be purchased separately.
